Here are some of the game designers, writers, producers and developers responsible for digital media for kids within Children’s Media and Education and WGBH Digital Services at WGBH Educational Foundation. We are currently producing across a wide range of platforms including mobile web, native apps, AR, VR, and skills for voice assistants.

With an active presence at many national and international educational games and serious games conferences, WGBH is a worthy partner on any games-based project that must both deliver measurable learning outcomes and evangelize an audience, media, industry peers, and stakeholders.

We bring a strong games design pedigree to our work and it has been highlighted in The New York Times, The Boston Globe, Lisa Guernsey’s book Into the “Minds of Babes: How Screen Time Affects Children From Birth to Age Five“, the Joan Ganz Cooney Center’s “Pow! Wham! Children, Digital Media and Our Nation’s Future” and “Learning: Is there an app for that?”

Our work is also featured in college level courses through Deborah Morley’s textbook Understanding Computers: Today and Tomorrow and in several new Game Development Essentials books by Jeannie Novak.

The work you see here is copyright WGBH 2019 and of the respective owners of third party trademarks, copyrights and intellectual property.
